BUSINESS TRAVEL - BIRMINGHAM
Are you currently working in the travel industry in Reservations, Retail Travel, Customer Service, etc and looking for a change? Perhaps a move into Business Travel, and/or Operations?
My client, a very high profile Business Travel Company based in Birmingham City Centre, is looking for candidates to join their Team on one of their major accounts. Your key responsibility as a Business Travel Consultant is to s to build a strong rapport with key regular travel bookers by offering the highest level of customer service and sharing your specialist travel industry knowledge.
Candidates must have experience of the travel industry and a flexible and positive outlook, with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills vital.
Very strong candidates from a retail Travel Industry background are welcome to apply.
Experience of Galileo or another CRS such as would also be preferred but again is not essential.
You will be working from 09.00am - 17.30pm, however there is NO weekend work involved!
