Our client, a precision manufacturer for the aerospace industry, has an urgent requirement for a buyer. Ideally the successful applicant will start on Monday, 15/08/05.
The primary accountabilities of this role are contract negotiation, supplier development, cost reduction and on-time delivery. The encumbent will work closely with sales and production to co-ordinate purchasing requirements
We are looking for someone with good all round purchasing skills to come in and hit the ground running. Experience of buying metals and rubber will be advantageous, as will any related qualifications.
