Top 4 star hotel with over 150 rooms in Kent seeks an experienced Conference & Banqueting Co-ordinator to join the C&B team and organise C&B events for the hotel. You will be overseeing a team of co-ordinators and will be responsible for the smooth running of client events. You will need to have at least 3 years experience in the C&B office of 3/4 star hotels for this senior role. Good people skills, confidence, team leading ability and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of the operations of large banqueting events is desirable. The role would be ideal for an existing C&B Co-ordinator looking to progress and step up into a more senior role. Temporary live in available.
