Job Description
Working for one for one of the world's best known travel brands, this is a great opportunity for a travel professional to work for a Blue Chip travel business in a key management role.
Working from their state of the art call centre in the North West, you will be responsible for a team of up to 100 reservations staff. The role will require a sales focused individual with experience managing large numbers of sales staff, along with team manager. We require a first class manager who can take the successful call centre to the next level.
The Role
- Motivate and develop the consultants via team managers
- Seek out tactical opportunities to ensure department exceeds budgeting targets
- Work closely with other departments to increase sales and profit margins
- Analyse call centre performance and report results to senior management
- Improve efficiency month on month
Key skills require
- Experienced call centre manager, including managing managers
- Good general travel industry experience with commercial awareness to develop sales
- Sales focused and strong desire to succeed
