Job Description
Our client is a world leading sales and incentive promotions company, with offices throughout the world. The travel division is expanding and we are looking for a call centre manager to work from the Swansea offices. The role will be to oversee the travel division and drive forward sales and make sure the best possible customer service is offered.
You will be responsible for a team of travel reservations staff and the growth of the travel division. The role will require an experience travel person with experience in management and staff development. Knowledge of ATOL and IATA regulations is also necessary.
