Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a call centre operative with at least 6 months previous experience. You must have excellent customer services skills and be able to communicate well at all levels. You will have a good telephone manner + the ability to prioritise calls efficiently. You will be efficient at multitasking and be able to resolve queries in a calm, professional manner.
Main duties include:-
Answer calls from a busy switchboard
Accurately taking details of each call logged
Pass details onto the relevant department and liase closely
Ensure all customers are kept up-to-date with progress on claims
Enter details onto the in-house database
