Job Description
Call centre Team Leader required to proactively build, manage and motivate a dynamic team within a call centre environment. Will be required to ensure sales, quality and customer service targets are met, whilst identifying any areas of need and providing additional training and support where necessary. Insurance or financial services experience an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will benefit from a basic salary of up to £22K with an OTE of up to £24.5K including bonus. Qualifications/Skills Required
