SHIFT PATTERNS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
MONTH 1 MON - FRI 9-5
MONTH 2+ 7.00AM - 15.30PM
9.00AM - 17.30PM
15.30PM - 23.00PM

1 WEEKEND IN 4
WE ARE SEEKING A CALL DISPATCH PERSON TO WORK IN DARTFORD WITHIN A CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT. THESE ARE PERMANENT POSITIONS AND ARE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

You will be taking calls from various clients and dispatching suitably
located engineers to fix the designated problem.
You will be able to adhere to SLA's in agreed timescales, and ensuring the
client/s are aware of arrival times of on site engineers. Also ensuring that
all criteria have been met to allow the engineer/s to carry out duties to
completion, e.g. ; key holders are called to premises to allow entrance to
site, security are aware of engineers attendance, what the fault seems to
be, parts, ..Etc all in line with the service contract.
Updating the system accurately and efficiently and maintaining database with
change of details to ensure ease of use.

IDEALLY YOU WILL POSSESS A MINIMUM OF 2 YRS CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE ;
SENDING OUT ENGINEERS TO VARIOUS SITES,
LOGISTICS,
EMERGENCY SERVICES,
IT ENGINEERS
TRANSPORT ETC -
ANY EXPERIENCE WHEREBY YOU HAVE GIVEN DIRECTIVES OVER THE PHONE TO FIELD BASED PERSONNEL, AND WORKING TO STRICT DEADLINES, FIXING PROBLEMS ETC
