Job Description
1st Line Helpdesk Call Logger / Support urgently required. You must possess a minimum of 1years commercial call logging / Customer Services/Administration experience. You must have exposure of Microsoft packages. You will be responsible for logging these calls on a standard Call logging system. You will be supporting some other works with there administration duties and be required to assist in all 1st Line user problems from a busy help desk. Good Customer care skill either over the phone or in person.
