Job Description
My client a leading niche IT recruitment consultancy based in Greenwich require a resourcer to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for sourcing relevant candidate to vacancies supplied by the recruitment consultants. Using the database and internet you will be interviewing and assessing candidates, confirming their suitability and availability for said positions. Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, with previous telesales or sales experience. Knowledge of the IT industry beneficial but not essential.
The company offer full training and development, a basic salary of £15,000 with an OTE of £25,000 in the first year
