CARE MANAGER-Elderly Care
SALARY: £30-38000 per annum

Point Nine Recruitment-The Care Specialists are seeking an enthusiastic Manager to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this residential care home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users with mental health.

Applications are invited from Managers who have:


QUALIFICATIONS:
RGN or RMN (Preferred but not essential)
NVQ4 (desirable)
NVQ3 (essential)

EXPERIENCE:
at least 5 years experience at management level within the Mental Health sector.
Knowledge of Inspection reports, training, care planning, recruitment & selection, staff rotas, appraisals and CSCI standards.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Sense of humour
Outgoing and able to relate to all types of staff and residents and relatives
Open to change and new ideas
High standards of care
Team worker as well as good management skills
Diligent, honest and trsutworthy.
