Position: Care manager-Elderly Care
Ref:PNRRM(LF)
Salary:£25k negotiable for experienced Manager, but if Deputy manager then £18-22k.
Area: Near Ramsgate, Kent

Description: We are seeking a Care Manager for our client who owns a residential home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users.

Applications are invited from candidates who have:
· An NVQ4/RMA in care
· 2 years experience of managing a residential
home that caters for elderly service users
· A clear understanding and knowledge of the
Care Standards Act 2000
· A clean driving licence
· A full and valid UK work permit

Alternatively, the owner is willing to consider a Deputy manager with an NVQ3 in care who has the ability to take full responsibility of the home in the proprietor's abscence. You will also need to be mature, with a hands on approach and a can-do attitude. The ideal person will not be afraid to assist in making positive changes to improve the home.
