Position: Care Manager-Learning disabilities sector
Ref: PNRDP(KI)
Salary: £21-22,525 plus bonus
Area: Ashford, kent

Description: We are seeking a Care Manager for our client who owns a residential home that caters for the needs and requirements of service users with learning disabilities.

Applications are invited from candidates who have:
·Ideally An NVQ4/RMA in care or working towards it, but NVQ3 may be considered
·2 years experience of managing a residential home that caters for service users with learning disabilities
·A clear understanding and knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000
·A clean driving licence
·A full and valid UK work permit

Benefits include:
Bonus scheme up to 25% of annual salary and very easy to acheive. Personal benefits after 1 year continous service includes hospital, dental and optical care, 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays, sick pay (after 6 months).
