Job Description
We are seeking a Care Manager for our client who own a small to medium size home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users in the South Lancashire area of the M61.
The salary will initially be £21000 per annum, however there will be a performance based raise of up to £28k per annum.
Applications are invited from jobseekers who have Management or Deputy Management experience within the elderly sector along with an NVQ4/RMA in care (you can also be working towards the RMA). You must also have a good understanding and practice of the CSCI standards.
