This position as a care home manager, in the Bromley Area, is within a very strong nationwide company renowned for providing the highest quality of care service to all their patients and residents. They are looking for a well-rounded candidate who can responsibly take on the running of one of their care homes and maintain the level of professional service that both they and their clients expect.
Skills Required:
RGN or NVQ4 or RMA in progress
Management experience
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and distinct leadership skills
Good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills
Willingness to undertake additional training programs
Duties Include:
Managing all aspects of a profit making business in a commercial and professional manner
To lead the development of the home and relative services through effective promotion and marketing
To establish and maintain good communication between all levels of staff
Ensuring the high quality of care and standards that the company and its clients expect
Maintaining the standards of the buildings and grounds of the estate

The client population is a mix between elderly residents and elderly residents with mental health issues. It is a complex system to be able to run smoothly but success at doing so and for such a major company will inevitably be rewarding.
All candidates must hold an Enhanced CRB Disclosure. dated within the last 12 months.
