Job Description
To attend to the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents as assessed.
To give adequate support and if necessary, total care to the residents, and to maintain standards of personal care and socially acceptable behaviour.
To maximise resident’ independence, dignity and choice.
Where necessary, assist and encourage the residents to maintain Orthodox Jewish customs and practices
Qualifications/Skills Required
Wages will depend on experience, knowledge and skills and/or is based on the National Minimum Wage Act
Work Hours - Full time: 36 to 40 hours per week; Part time: maximum 20 hours per week during school days
Shifting schedule/ Flexible hours
NVQ Level 2 qualification (preferred but not necessary)
With care and nursing home experience
Has a genuine inclination to caring for people
Willing to be trained
