Conveyancing Case Handler with a min of 1 years exp required by Frances Armstrong Associates LLP for an exciting role with great prospects in Luton

This leading Client is one of our finest and one of the largest in the Luton / Bedfordshire area. Due to ongoing success and expansion, we are now recruiting the services of an experienced Case Handler for the Residential Conveyancing Dept on behalf of this well known client.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years Case Handling experience in residential conveyancing and due to the nature of the position a detailed knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing process is essential.

A very attractive salary of up to 24K will be offered depending upon proven experience. Location is also very close to all public transport.

Role:

* Dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing from start to finish.
* Handling own caseload
* Liaising with Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors and Clients

Start Date - ASAP

Salary: Up to 24K (Negotiable depending on experience)
