Our client, a leading developer of case management software solutions to the legal profession, requires an experienced customer focused consultant to provide support to their ever increasing install base. A background in legal software and case management support is essential and excellent communication skills are a prerequisite. Full training on their software solution is provided but successful applicants will already have a minimum of three years experience within the case management support arena, preferably from the legal sector. Support entails providing solutions to the day-to-day problems encountered by their 5000+ users. This individual will need to be able to work closely with the project management and development team to assist with the delivery of required changes for bespoke solutions
