Job Description
My client needs Channel or New Business Field Sales executives with experience of Nortel Communication Server 1000 and Meridian 1.
Salary base up 35 OTE 60k plus standard benefits.
Through management of allocated reseller Accounts,
Promote the full range of Nortel Products and Services from, achieving Sales (200k reveneu per month) and Profit Targets and specified business objectives.
Responsibilities
Promote Portfolio Sales by providing necessary Information, Training and Support to the Reseller, and where required, by effective use of Pre and Post Sales Resources.
Produce a Business Development Plan with co-operation of the Resellers, with an understanding of their Objectives, and use this to identify, and drive Sales opportunities, agreeing reseller targets, seeking growth, and maximising share of the Resellers Business. Review these plans on a regular basis.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the Resellers business, including Profit and Loss and Cash flow and by regular multi level communication, manage and own relationship and support issues arising, including Discount levels, Credit Issues, etc.
By proper discussion with the Resellers, analyse Prospect opportunities, in order to anticipate business levels, plan required activities and provide accurate Forecasts at the start of each month, and with regular updates as requested by the National Sales Manager throughout the month.
Develop and maintain portfolio product knowledge in order to provide credible support to Resellers and their prospective customers.
Work as part of a team and provide support for colleagues, sharing information and knowledge where possible.
Identify training and services opportunities and promote accordingly.
Delivery of vendor Marketing programmes.
