So if you are looking to get involved in the charity sector, or broaden you r skills, or if you simply want to help generate millions of pounds for leading charities, then join one of the Face 2 Face fundraising teams.

It is a street-based fundraising position, out and about in busy areas, approaching members of the public and talking to them about the charities. The aim is to gain support through monthly direct debit donations. The charities we work on behalf of are Save The Children, ActionAid, Help The Aged, The Blue Cross, Crisis, The Samaritans and more, working on just one charity for a period of between one and two months, then moving on to the next one after full training.

A team is made up of six full-time fundraisers and the Team Leader, full-time hours being from 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and one Saturday in every three (with a day off in the week). The basic hourly rate ranges between £7 - 8.50 per hour depending on the area, with performance related pay on top of this which is paid monthly and is related to achieving targets - you would aim to sign up between three and five people daily. The targets are achievable as training prior to employment, and ongoing support and development are all provided.
