Job Description
A historic castle venue is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. This stunning location offers fine dining and function facilites in amasing surroundings. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to support the Head Chef in producing outstanding food to rosette standard. This position offers FREE live in, including all utilities, food etc. Ideally applicants will have experience to 2 rosette leve, but experience to 1 rosette level is essential. This position also offers an opportunity to progress quickly to Junior Sous for the correct applicant.
