Job Description
A capable, self motivated chef is required for this smart, traditional site. Responsible for the provision of director hospitality lunches (15 pax) and staff trolley service. Management of stock levels, costing and producing exciting menus. Must be computer literate as some paperwork is required.
This position is based d in London Bridge. Working in a small team with the Hospitality Assistant – candidates must be a good team player and willing to support them where necessary.
