Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of innovative engineering services and leading edge advanced software solutions to the telecom industry. With offices across Europe and Asia the group of companies started operations in 1997 and has been experiencing impressive sustained high growth ever since. Due to their continued development the group has identified the need to recruit a Chief Financial Officer for their newly established office in Cyprus.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be integral to the Group’s future plans both in continuing to develop its current portfolio and infrastructure and in recruiting and building an entire new finance function for Cyprus while working closely with the CEO at a strategic level.
The key responsibilities of this critical role will be:
-Work closely with the CEO to further Group strategy and structuring.
-Establish and recruit an entire new Finance function in Cyprus.
-Ultimate responsibility for all financial, administrative and corporate aspects of the Group.
-Heavy involvement in the due diligence process of new acquisitions and ensuring tax efficient placing within the Group structure.
-Manage relationships with other legal and financial advisors from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
-Liaise and manage relationship with service suppliers

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with between 10-15 years post qualification experience with demonstrable experience of working in an international environment and managing a Finance team.
Currently you will be at a FC/CFO level and looking for a new challenge within a commercial and dynamic organization where you can operate at a strategic level. The position will also require the ability to undertake international travel
