The role of Chief Process Engineer is a key appointment in the team with the essential requirement being to lead and manage a team of Process Engineers.
It will be your responsibility to ensure successful project delivery making sure projects are delivered to agreed technical standards in line with company QA procedures, on time and within budget.
You can also expect to have a key role in business development helping to drive the growth of the unit through identifying opportunities to add value and provide competitive edge. This will include seeking out opportunities with existing clients whilst also looking to develop new client relationships.
Qualifications/Skills Required
To carry out this business critical role you must be able to demonstrate extensive experience within the water industry with a history of successful project management and delivery.
Your pro-active outlook on business development and growth will be key to enabling you to succeed in this role and ideally you will already have established some strong business links within the industry.
You will have excellent people and time management skills as well as a desire to deliver projects to the highest technical specification. Your strong technical knowledge will be key to the role enabling you to act as a knowledge manager for the business.
