This role consists of all customer facing functions involved in the handling of motor/home claims, and regular contact with Service providers as well as Customers.

The role will involve the prompt handling and resolution of customer enquiries to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service. You will be responsible for ensuring claims are handled in an efficient and accurate way working closely with the customer and service providers. Our client is looking for the following skills and experience:

2 years Customer Service experience
1 year Claims experience would be desirable
Min of GCSE grade C in English and Maths
