This role consists of all customer facing functions involved in the handling of motor/home claims, and regular contact with Service providers as well as Customers.

The role will involve the prompt handling and resolution of customer enquiries to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service. You will be responsible for ensuring claims are handled in an efficient and accurate way working closely with the customer and service providers. 2 years Customer Service experience
1 year Claims experience would be desirable
Min of GCSE grade C in English and Maths
