Claims Supervisor
The Position:
Handling of Claims and dealing with all the steps of the claims procedure (from registration to settlement).
Providing high quality customer service and complying with SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
Monitoring and adjusting the adequacy of Claim Reserves.
Complying with company's procedures, policies and standards.
Supervising and providing support to claim officers.
Continuous communication with clients, lawyers, colleagues agents and t/parties.
Managing the Regional reporting on a timely manner.
Developing and monitoring BM in key performance areas of claims and communicating the results to Claims Managers.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Requirements:
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
University degree with focus in one of the three areas: Law/Economics/Insurance.
Excellent understanding of numerical reports.
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
Very good organisational skills and high sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
Very good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPS).
Very good command of the Greek and English Language.
1-3 years of experience in an Insurance Company will be a strong advantage.
Working experience in an international environment will be considered and advantage.
