Job Description

A Powerful Healthcare Advertising Agency is looking to employ a Client Services Director. You will be the visionary leader to deliver this powerful agency into the key stages of profit growth over the next two to three years.
The CSD will employ their experience of pharmaceutical brands and advertising and promotional strategy and tactical programmes to support the development of the agency's offering. The CSD has line management responsibility for Account and as such plays an important role in mentoring and developing the Account Directors. The CSD is responsible for implementing management policy across the teams and for account resource planning and forecasting.
The CSD will oversee the quality of their product, ensuring appropriate strategic and tactical delivery across advertising and promotional programmes. The CSD will support the account teams in the development of Client relationships and will manage and resolve any issues relating to the quality of services delivered. New business development both in terms of identifying new business and new Clients and supporting the teams in creating new opportunities on existing business will be key.
