CLIENT SERVICES & IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Our clients are looking for a Client Services & implementation Specialist to project manage multiple aspects of the implementation process of their Travel Tracker software to new clients. Main responsibilities will include:
- Multi-national implementation planning, strategy & execution
- Project management including plan development, management & compliance
- Training travel agency training on the software
- Troubleshooting for travel agency or user error issues including integration with GDS's
The successful candidate will come from a global account management background with one of the large business travel management companies or GDS's. You will have a good knowledge of multiple GDS systems (preferably one being Amadeus), have previous project management experience and good knowledge of technical development processes. If you have worked previously implementing software or technical products within a travel industry environment this would also be an advantage.
