Job Description

A highly successful medical education agency has an opportunity available for a Client Services Manager/Senior Client Services Manager to be based in either London or Oxford. You will work closely with the Client Services Director, business development, operational services and the client in ensuring that the service provided to the client is of the highest level and meets the objectives in terms of cost, quality and desired outcomes. The CSM will work with business development on issues relating to project confirmation and once the projects are established will lead on providing feedback to clients regarding ongoing project status and cost management. The CSM will be a point of constancy to the client through the business development process and implementation of account and project teams. This role would suit an Account Manager, Account Director or Senior Project Manager. You must have a life science degree, and 3 years of medical communication agency experience.
