This well established and leading CRO has an opening for a Clinical Applications Programmer to be based in their Biometrics department.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Assisting in the presentation of advanced training modules.
Participation in the development of global, harmonized SOPs and specific quality work instruction for technical service group activities
Preparing and providing internal training on basis topics as needed.
Advancing technical competency through participation in internal and external professional seminars and participation in professional organizations
Providing consultation in the area of database design and development with data managers.
Performing quality control procedures for database development.
Implementing and maintaining standards for Global Library objects and reports.
Performing all activities related to study build and design
Maintaining study databases and procedures for assigned projects.
Supporting implementation of project autoencoding tools.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- University degree ideally in a life science, computer science, programming, pharmacy or related subject.
- 2 yrs experience in related field
- In addition at least 2 yrs relevant work experience in data management or database support services.
