Job Description

Clinical Development Manager
This international CRO is seeking a Clinical Development Manager to be work with their client, a recognised pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will manage Clinical Development Programmes to ensure that time, quality and financial targets are met.

Key Accountabilities/ Duties:
Responsible for the management and successful delivery of Clinical Development Programs and Studies

Support Regulatory requirements of Clinical Development Programs and Studies by ensuring that ethical and regulatory requirements are met and by preparing documents such as Ethics Committee Applications and Clinical Trial Applications

Support departmental activities, including preparing and reviewing SOP’s, identifying inefficiencies in department procedures and suggesting improvements to maximise working efficiency.

Applicants should have at least 2-3 years project management experience including 12 months experience of managing outsourced projects from a pharma perspective.

Qualifications/Skills Required

- Bachelor of Science degree
- Experience in Clinical Development and an understanding of the principles of Good Clinical Practice
- IT (Computer) skills
- Experience of managing outsourced projects from a sponsor perspective
