Job Description

Our client is a major travel business with offices throughout the UK. Based from their Manchester offices, this is an exciting position within a growing specialist division for the business. This growing department specialises in the sale of camping / mobile home holidays to travel agents and the direct public.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Analyst to work within this growing division, to provide MI, KPIs, Profit reports to the senior management team, along with providing advice on stock and yield management and competitor analysis.

The role
- Provide weekly figures, MI and KPIs for passenger numbers buy source and site
- Provide reports on profit and sales margins
- Development of web statistical reports
- Maintenance of in-house systems (FSS)
- Assist with the Yield Management and Competitor Analysis

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience with providing detail MI and KPI reports
- Commercial awareness to provide advice and proposals based on information gathered
- Analytical, with an attention to detail and accuracy
- PC Literate, with advanced Excel and Access Skills
- Previous experience within the travel industry would be greatly desired, along with FSS
