Job Description
Our client, a well established and well-respected solicitors firm based in Leicester City Centre and looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their existing team.
You would be working within a fast paced open door environment and will need to be able to advise on all types of commercial property including Buying / Selling, Leases / Renewals, Property Development, Option Agreement, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and Sales of Property Portfolios, Licensed Premises.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Minimum 3-4 years PQE.
You must be reliable, flexible and organised with a minimum, of 3-4 years PQE.
You must be ambitious with drive and determination to succeed.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
