Depending on your level you will be involved in;

Regulatory reviews
Strategic reviews of organisations regulatory frameworks
Presentations at board level.
Head up projects to investigate problems, propose solutions and implement change.

In order to be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 5 years experience with the Financial Services regulatory field within one of the following areas;

Retails Banking
Investment Banking
General Insurance
Life Assurance
Asset Management.
