Job Description
Our client, a leading conference and events management company, is currently recruiting for a Conference Team Leader to supervise the daily running of the Conference Solutions team. Duties to include general motivation and maintenance of morale within the team, cross - selling and upselling of all conference and events products, to ensure achievement of all targets, to undertake staff reviews and general monitoring of staff levels within the team and coaching and general guidance of all team members.
Successful candidates will be from a Conference & Events or Business Travel background with previous team leadership experience. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including free gym membership, Christmas bonus and annual pay reviews.
