The company requires an individual to work on an MOD Project near Beverley. The right person must be able to deliver the on-site package programme, ensure all package & safety aspects are adhered to and implementation of Health and Safety within the company guidelines.

The right candidate must liaise with Architects and District Surveyors to demonstrate quality assurance and quality control is being undertaken within British and International standards. It is important for the applicant to display a good knowledge of programme sequencing & implications of re-scheduling events and compiling reports on the programme to Project Director.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful candidate may come from either a trades or degree background and will have extensive experience of all the stated duties. The right candidate must be confident in making decisions on maintenance standards and keeping trade contractors to the agreed programme.

Obligations relating to H&S issues, your colleagues on-site and the site itself are imperative. The ideal candidate will have previous experience on large projects within a site supervisor capacity. Their ability to work well under pressure, good people management and excellent communication skills while being of a level headed nature is essential.
