My Client is a growing blue chip organisation with offices all over the UK. They are looking for a number of Consultants to join them, working on short term engagements, to building long term relationships with external clients. You will have come from a consultancy background, with at least 5 years commercial experience. You will have particular skills in Business transformation/process transformation/change management/business process re-engineering/NHS or Health experience. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent analysis and delivery skills, coupled with the ability to lead teams and develop new approaches to the use of process and technology change. You will also need communication skills and influencing skills which are second to none.
