Job Description

Contaminated Land Consultant
One of the UK's most experienced consultancies that services a range of clients across a number of sectors is seeking a Contaminated Land Consultant for their South west offices.

An enthusiastic geo-environmental engineer is required to join the geotechnical & geo-environmental team to work on a wide-ranging portfolio of projects. The team are engaged on all ground-related aspects of our projects from desk study & investigation through to design & implementation.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a good first degree in Engineering or Earth Science related subject with at least 4 years post-graduate experience & holding Membership of the appropriate professional body or taking an active approach to achieving chartered status. Experience of contaminated land & familiarity with current standards & legislation is required. Applicants should be able to demonstrate good communication skills, be a team player & show an aptitude for management of staff & projects.

Qualifications/Skills Required

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Earth Science related subject
- At least 4 years post-graduate experience
- Membership of appropriate professional body or taking an active approach to achieving chartered status
