Job Description

Working for one of the UKs best-known tour operators specialising in tailor-made holidays, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established contracting team. We are looking for 4 Contracts Managers for European products (1 x perm role, 1 x 6 month contract and 2 x 12 month contracts), to work from their head office in South Manchester.

The role
- Contract accommodation and other services within Europe, making sure the best rates are secured along with any tactical offers, when needed
- Manage the product within your region, by monitoring sales and stock, contracting additional rooms if necessary
- Work with other departments with regard to competitor analysis and market trends
- Identify new opportunities to develop the existing product
- Provide internal training on new products
- Maintain and develop relationships with overseas suppliers

The candidate
- 2 years experience contracting hotels and ground suppliers
- Excellent negotiating and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of European market, especially city breaks and short stay holidays
