Job Description

We are assisting this CRO in identifying an experienced Statistician to work at their client's site in Frankfurt, Germany.

The statistician will be expected to do an efficacy meta-analysis of multiple databases that will be partially merged.

The Role:
There are multiple trials done on various drugs. A toxicity analysis will need to be carried out and a new optimal drug prescription regime has to be suggested depending on the results.
The analysis will be done in conjunction with an oncologist, gynaecologist and other relevant health care personnel.

In terms of experience you will meet the following criteria:

Ideally minimum of 3 years working experience at a CRO, Biotech or Pharmaceutical company.
Detailed knowledge of statistical methodology.
Programming experience in SAS and/or SPSS
Understanding of Clinical Trial methodology and relevant guidelines
Excellent English language skills, German an advantage but not essential

This contract is offered for 12 months.

Qualifications/Skills Required

- Degree in Statistics although a mathematics degree or equivalent knowledge of stats and biometry will suffice
- Minimum of 3 yrs working experience at a CRO, Biotech or Pharmaceutical company
- Detailed knowledge of statistical methodology
