A Contracts/Estimator Manager is required to run all national contracts from their Derby office. They currently have a number of long term contracts with hospitals, retail and property groups, while also undertaking various local and national Government initiatives.
The right candidate must maintain and develop these contracts through regular meetings with new and existing clients. Due to the growth in the market, the client requires an individual to continually search for new jobs Nationwide while also preparing tenders.
The right candidate will oversee the operative productivity, measurement for payment and recording the works that are completed. It is the duty of the Contract/Estimator to ensure product and application compliance at the end of the contracts, they will manage the client sign-off and general liaison and assist with resolution of invoice queries.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The ideal candidate will come from a contracting and estimating background with an understanding of maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in a similar role running fast paced maintenance work; however extensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
A successful applicant will have previous experience of running multiple sites with values as stated above. In return the client will provide a healthy bonus scheme with realistic opportunities for promotion to senior level.
