Job Description

General information:
The corporate division comprises of 5 main groups which are of between 6 and 10 partners, together with assistants, paralegals and trainees.

The bulk of each group's practice comprises take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures.

In addition, there are a number of different focus areas which include:

Insurance, investment funds and financial services

Corporate governance, venture capital and accountancy

International equity offers and equity capital markets

Energy and resources, utilities, projects

Experience required:
What are we looking for?

At least 2 years pqe corporate, M&A, equity capital markets,

Significant hands on transactional experience

Bright self starters looking for a challenge
