Our client a Corporate Trust Group who are leaders in international tax management solutions are seeking to recruit a high calibre Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their team of experts. Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

Direct the Legal and Corporate Services Department of the Group
Streamline all in-house legal documents to meet domestic and international requirements
Draft legal documents / agreements
Head the Corporate Services Department (deal with the formation of companies/trusts, liaise with the Registrar of companies, etc)
Present legal issues in business development
Acting company Secretary
Report to the Board of Directors

Qualifications/Skills Required

Previous experience of 5-10 years required. Exposure to international tax planning and trusts would be considered an advantage and so would the Cyprus Bar Association qualification.
