Qualifications/Skills Required

Due to further expansion, the Corporate department is seeking to recruit a UK qualified lawyer, ideally with 3-4 years post qualified experience, to join this young, dynamic and successful legal department based in Nicosia. The role will provide a full range of corporate services from incorporation of companies to the drafting of corporate and shareholder agreements and the provision of all necessary legal support on the management and operation of companies. Additionally utilizing the firm's powerful network of correspondent Law firms, which includes some of the world’s leading firms.
