Our client, a large international group of companies is seeking a Corporate Legal Advisor for their Telecommunications Division.
Responsibilities:
Provide full legal support to the company
Draft all legal documentation (Board of Directors Resolutions, contracts, etc)
Qualifications/Skills Required
Key requirements:
LLM degree from a UK University or Greek University
Cyprus Bar Association Qualification (desirable)
Knowledge of Cyprus and EU Corporate/Company Law
2-5 years related working experience
Fluent in English. Russian will be considered an advantage
EU Citizen or eligible to work in Cyprus
Strong communication and organizational skills
