Job Description
The successful candidate will be a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, an excellent grounding in company law and wide transactional experience.
Areas of particular relevance to the role include: board and shareholder meetings; alterations to share capital; the elimination of dormant subsidiaries and all aspects of company secretarial practice and procedure.
Experience of Stock Exchange compliance, corporate governance and listed company AGM / Report and Accounts issues would be an advantage. Excellent IT, project-management and organisational skills are a pre-requisite.
There is scope for flexibility in relation to the working hours of the role, including the potential to work a reduced number of hours per day and a reduced number of days per week.
