Our client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Working within a niche team, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and committed to giving clients excellent services. He/she will be commercially aware, proactive and able to work alone and as part of a team. Whilst to date, they will have had excellent training, supervision appropriate to the level of PQE will be provided.
A Solicitor with up to 4 pqe of mergers and acquisitions, as well as PLC work.
