Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Council tax officer with a minimum 2 years previous experience.
Answer questions about liability to pay Council Tax or NNDR
Be able to explain the bill
Advise about discounts and disregards
Obtain evidence from customers
Deal with a range of customers (e.g. non-English speakers, disabled, angry/upset)
Use the IBS Council Tax computer system to extract and input information
