Job Description

This well established CRO is recruiting an office or field based CRA with 12 months UK monitoring experience & can additionally consider candidate with 3-6 months monitoring exposure to be office based.

The candidate will be responsible for investigator selection & site initiation, on-site & in-house study monitoring and study close down.

Regular duties include:
• Identifying, contacting, training, visiting & assessing potential investigators
• Reviewing documentation requirements
• Ensuring the investigator is aware of their responsibilities
• Ensuring all study related materials are delivered to the site
• Participating in investigator meetings
• Conducting regular on site visits
• Ensuring adverse events have been correctly recorded
• Performing site drug accountability
• Identifying & resolving problems & issues
• Taking action to maintain motivation at sites
• Collaborating with the CTA
• Providing input into study proposals
• Serving as a mentor for junior CRAs

Qualifications/Skills Required

- At least 12 months experience for field and office based although 3-6 months may also be considered for the office based position
- Candidate will have a Science/industry related degree
- Full UK driving licence
- Prepared for regular travel
