Job Description
We are currently seeking hardworking and professional administrators to join a number of busy departments within Local Authorities. These positions are based in and around South London. A successful candidate will be CRB cleared and have a minimum of 12 months administration experience combined with a copy typing speed of 40 wpm and have a basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. These positions are to start immediately and are based on short - term and long - term temporary contracts. These are excellent opportunities to further your experience within the public sector and benefit from competitive rates of pay.
Main Duties.
Provide full administration support to a team of officers.
Dairy management using electronic diary systems
Minute taking at meetings and conferences
Setting up and archiving files both electronically and manually
Database management
Reception cover
Distributing internal and external mail
Successful Candidates
Must have CRB clearance
A minimum of 12 months administration experience essential
Previous public sector experience is desirable
Advance knowledge using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Hold a typing speed of 40 wpm
Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
Team player.
